Habitrail for Humanity - What? They’re not grateful?

The real Habitat builds homes all over the world for hard-working people of all religions. Here in Albuquerque, they’ve built 118 homes, many of which went to single working mothers (several of whom also somehow manage to go to school and get a degree. I couldn’t do it. ) Families have to qualify for a no-interest mortgage, pay down payments and invest 500 hours of sweat equity. So, next time you’re headed to Starbucks for your second 1/2-1/2 Skim Mocha Latte of the day - stop and instead donate the dollars to give somebody a hand up - not a hand out.
