Missed calls & emails = Lost $$ (and Bad Buzz)

Sure, we’re all guilty of forgetting to return a call, or putting an email in a folder and thinking, “I’ll answer that later.” But, everytime we do that, we may well be losing money. As Roxanne Darling notes over at Bare Feet Studios, Pizza Hut loses $5.40 for every missed call - and that’s just one small data point. But, I can’t say it any better than Rox does (with more examples).
