I’m breaking my rule against cute photos with this one. But, as heartbreaking as it is for me to watch the people suffer in the aftermath, the images of soaking wet dogs up to their chests in water, wagging their tails really get to me. Then, hearing about pet owners who refused to leave behind their cats and dogs…well…I’m going through the tissues…The ASPCA is working hard and needs all the help we can give.
