I’m taking some year-end time off for the four “Rs” - Readin’ Researchin’ ‘Ritin’ and - ahem - Recreation. So, until I’m back in full-time blogging mode - here are a few of the more interesting 2005 lists and 2006 predictions.

The eerily accurate Mark Anderson, founder and publisher of the influential Strategic News Service newsletter, thinks Google is headed for a big fall. “If one Chinese (or MIT) guy comes up with a better search engine, they are out of business in 20 minutes… literally, the whole thing could just go poof.”
