Thanks, Bernadette!
I’ve been posting about Verizon Wireless and my having to jump through hoops to get rebates. Well, the latest is that Bernadette from the West Coast Executive Office returned my call and took care of the final $50 Loyal Customer rebate (?!) with a credit to my bill.
Nice last-minute save, Bernadette. But, it’s a shame that Verizon doesn’t have better quality control of its third party sales and fulfillment channels. Also, I would never have got the matter resolved if I hadn’t written the Verizon CEO.
All comes back to accountability - on the part of the customer and the vendor.
