Solution or Answer?

I’m doing some research for a client this week - and consequently find myself reading a lot of sentences that begin, “Our solutions…”

Here’s the thing - the customer doesn’t care about “our solution” - what they want to know (and very quickly, particularly on a web site) are crisp, concise answer(s) to their question(s): 1. What’s in it for me? 2. How/where can I get it (easily)?

Sounds simple, doesn’t it? So, are you:

Providing solutions (yawn)
or
answering questions (yowsa!)
