Service Star: The Red Sox???

Red Sox logoI may have to become a fan and I don’t even like baseball. But, wow! I’m impressed how quickly the organization responded to Maureen Rodgers’ ticket-buying problems. Larry Lucchino, President and CEO of the Sox even got involved, messaging from his Blackberry.

Too bad the head honchos of BCCs (Big Clueless Companies) such as Home Depot, Comcast, and MBNA don’t hang with Larry. They could learn a thing or two.

    It will be interesting to see if the Red Sox are able to come up with a better way for us die-hard fans to sit around their Virtual Waiting Room in the future! And I encourage all people to become baseball fans, unless they live in Boston and will be competing with me for tickets. I got there first!
