Marketing Messages: Are You a “We” or an “It?”
We chatter a lot about having a “conversation with your customers” in marketing. And, then there’s the ol’ grammar and “correct” wording. We’ll bump right into a company that’s an “it” in their marketing collateral and press releases.
Tough to talk to an “it” isn’t it? (Unless you’re on some really good drugs…) So, is your company a “we” or an “it?” What do your customers think?
And, this is just the beginning. You’ve got to say something interesting and relevant to your customers/readers.

If you’d like to leave a comment, please do so. It may take a bit to show up since I hate making people type in little letters (I can’t read most of them myself) - so I moderate all comments. Feel free to disagree - debate is healthy. However, I’ve blacklisted the worst obscenities, including the “f” word, as part of the troll wall.
