I Missed Customer Service Week
Dang. I missed the whole week (it was last week). Does Hallmark have a card for this? But seriously, shouldn’t it always be customer service week? Ah well, there I go again.
Of course, customers should also act like accountable grown-ups. (There is such a thing as a bad customer.) However, as Mary Ellen Merrigan notes, Customer Service Tolerations Equal Customer Loss.
Most people don’t complain, they just go away. They can get that service or product somewhere else - maybe even from someone who treats them with respect and courtesy.

Feel free to disagree - debate is healthy. However, I’ve blacklisted the worst obscenities, including the “f” word, as part of the troll wall.
