It’s Friday (whoo-hooo!) and Monday is Christmas Eve. So, I’m closing down early today (all my clients have…) and going out with some friends for some fun, drinks, and dinner. I think eggnog may be in the plans! (Hmmm…now where did I put the good rum?)

P.S. “Homemade” eggnog is really easy - just let some good quality vanilla ice cream melt, dollop in some rum and heavy cream and blend away to get all frothy. (And use good, fresh nutmeg.)
