Simply Responding is Terrific!
Regular readers know I’m on a by-now-semi-legendary quest for a printer that can do custom round biz cards. Thought I’d found a company, but their process was so maddening, I cancelled my order. So, I started all over. I was thrilled to find a printer who gave me a very expensive quote!
Yes, the quote was way too high - but I’m giving two companies kudos because:
A. The first company I asked for a quote responded the same day. And, the email was from a real person, Charlotte, 1to1Postcards Customer Care Consultant. (And note that I could reply to her email.)
B. Charlotte tells me they can’t do the job and referred me to their sister company, kolorview, with a real person contact, Sharon and Sharon’s phone and email. She also copied Sharon on the email.
C. I email Sharon. She ackowledges my email and ask a couple of questions. She then turns around a quote in less than 24 hours for both of my requested options (3×3 square and 2.75 round)…and I could respond to her email! Which I did, thanking her for her time.
Now, that’s great service! And, I’ll keep both 1to1Postcards and kolorview and in mind for future projects.
Real, responsive, courteous people - what a concept!
