Two Incredibly POWERFUL Words
Thank You.
I recently got a snail mail thank you note from my mechanic. Hand-written and promptly mailed. And, they answered their phone, did the work as promised, and showed up when I called with a crisis. They also have a simple, bare bones web site…that gets the job done. No flashing, bouncing images or tricky navigation. They tell me who they are; what they’ll do for me; and how to reach them, including a map.
Now, if a busy small biz can do this, why is it so hard for big biz? Duh-oh. Could it be they let processes and “creative marketing” get in the way of the people? Hmmm…
