Is Your Price Too Low?

The Answer: Probably.

if you never get any pushback or objection, it’s wayyyy too low. It’s one thing to have a “no brainer” price - quite another to have a dumb one.

Discuss amongst yourselves.

P.S. People, if asked, would always like a lower price. I’m sure if you asked Brangelina if they’d rather pay “only” 30 million pounds instead of 35 for their latest house purchase on the French Riviera - they’d say Sure! All those diapers are expensive! ;0

I have to go lie down now - I can’t even grasp having that kind of money, much less spending it on a house.
