The “Eye Roll” Sanity Check
I was talking to the staff of a local company the other day - just general B.S. over lunch. And, one of them said, “Oh yeah, and now “they” want to have another “strategic retreat.” Much eye-rolling ensued in the group.
So, before you spend money or time on something like a “strategic retreat” (or “facilitated brainstorming” or “process planning”) - stop and think: Would it actually help…or would it cause eye rolling?
