		<description>Wow - great post, Mary.  And oh so true.  It&#039;s going to be interesting to see how businesses finally &quot;swing&quot; toward the &quot;big M&quot; now. It&#039;s an era of stripping away the bulls**t and getting down to business.  Those Marketers who think in terms of structure, transparency, and changes in society will have some great years ahead.</description>
